Hey!! I’m graduating this December and I need a female to take over my lease at Riverside Apartments in Cayce. I have lived here for the past 3 and 1/2 years and have loved it. The rent is only $429 and this price includes a $30 cap on electricity. 

The bedroom comes fully furnished with one dresser, bed, desk, and chair. Also in the common area there is a 42’ flat screen TV. The apartment is located on the second floor and it is close to the mailboxes, visitor parking, and office.

So this weekend was kind of crazy— My really good guy friend turned 21 (finally) so we had a huge birthday party Friday night for him. The party was a great turnout and he had tons of fun (I hope)! Friday night he got pretty wasted and passed out… so we had to take him downtown last night. So to keep this short, I basically didn’t workout Friday or Saturday :/ And to make it 10 time worse, I definitely overindulged on Friday and drank waaaayyyy too many calories. But I worked out today and I plan on getting back into the swing of things sooooo basically IDGAF :D lol
